Fishburn Hedges and FHD worked with the NHS National Programme for IT, the Department of Health and the NHS Modernisation Agency on a communications and culture change programme for the introduction of Choose and Book – electronic booking of hospital appointments from the GP’s surgery. We implemented the strategy by designing information materials for a national service that combines electronic booking and a choice of time, date and place of the appointment.
