As part of a programme of reform, the GMC initially appointed FHD and Fishburn Hedges to carry out a comprehensive corporate identity and perception audit amongst its complete range of stakeholders.

A key communication channel for examination was the GMC website, which is used extensively by both public and professional audiences. Following the agreement of a clear set of strategic objectives for the site, FHD worked closely with the GMC web and communication teams to plan and design the site.
